Shipping
Where we ship
We ship worldwide. You’ll see available carriers, speeds, and pricing at checkout based on your address. If you dont see an option to ship to your country, please reach out to orders@fullvolumemusic.com and we will help get that sorted!
Processing time
Many of our merch items are made to order. Most orders ship within 2–3 business days. During big drops or holidays, please allow a little extra time.
Delivery estimates
- US: typically 3–7 business days after dispatch
- International: typically 10–21 business days (timing can vary by country and customs)
You’ll get a tracking email as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Duties & taxes (international)
Import duties, taxes, and fees are collected by your country and aren’t included at checkout. If a package is refused, any return shipping/fees may be deducted from the refund.
If you see an option at checkout for shipping "DDP" that means Delivered Duty Paid. Your order will come to you, duty paid, no delays and no collection. We advise to choose this when available. We do not offer this to all countries.
Address changes & reroutes
If you entered the wrong address, contact us ASAP at orders@fullvolumemusic.com. Include your order number in the email. We can update addresses before shipment, but once it’s on the way we can’t reroute it.
Pre-orders & made-to-order items
Estimated ship dates are listed on the product page. If your cart includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them separately.
Lost, stolen, or damaged in transit
If your tracking hasn’t moved for 10+ days, shows delivered but you can’t find it, or arrives damaged, email us at orders@fullvolumemusic.com within 7 days of the scan/delivery date and we’ll help investigate or replace when possible. Typically once a package is in the hands of the carrier, it is no longer our responsibility. We will do our best to remedy situations when we can.
Returns & Exchanges
Return window
You can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition (tags/packaging included).
For hygiene and limited-run reasons, final sale items (clearly marked on the product page) aren’t returnable unless defective.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We’re happy to exchange if it’s in stock. If not, we’ll offer a refund or store credit.
Defects / wrong item
If we messed up or an item arrived defective, email orders@fullvolumemusic.com with your order number and photos within 14 days—we’ll make it right.
How to start a return
- Email orders@fullvolumemusic.com with your order number and what you’d like to return/exchange.
- We’ll send return instructions (and a label if applicable).
- Pack items securely and drop them off within 10 days of approval.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method once we receive and inspect your return (usually 3–5 business days to process, plus your bank’s posting time). Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For convenience labels, a small return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.
International returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping and any import fees. Mark the parcel as “Return Goods” to avoid additional duties. It is not possible for us to create an international return label.
